I tried CrossFIt 2 years ago and I swore I would never do it again. I wasn’t instructed on how to do anything and coming into CrossFit not knowing anything can be very intimidating. Well, when Activate opened Alexis told me to come give it a try and as you all know she’s the sweetest person ever so I did and I have loved it ever since. I have never felt intimidated, the trainers are so knowledgeable and are always making sure that your doing the movements correctly. I am stronger now, stronger then I have ever been in my life. Activate is a family that I am so proud to be a part of.
