5 minutes to Row (1200 meters, 1000 meters)
5 minutes to Bike (2.0 miles, 1.5 miles)

  • Regardless of where you are at on distance, you will switch at 5 minutes.

EMOM: Hang Snatch + Snatch (185, 125)

  • Hold on to the bar for that hang snatch + snatch. Scale weights will be 75%-85% of your 1 rep max. Weight is meant to be challenging.
